I pulled an 256x64 Graphic LCD with T6963C Controller out of an damaged Washing machine control unit. Its an Optrex Display with an unknown parts number, so i don't find a datasheet for this. Seems to be a special one. Other weird thing is, that it has 24 pins instead of 22 pins. With my Reverse-Engineering skills i found out a lot of pins functions.
